Preparing a homemade honey-based facial scrub is very easy. Just mix liquid honey with powdered sugar. Before using this DYI scrub, cleanse your face. Apply the scrub to your face and massage gently. Rinse off after a few minutes and apply your day or night cream or your favorite oil.

Homemade facial scrub for mature skin

Mature skin requires special treatment. Often tired, in addition to being well nourished and hydrated, she needs a boost. Two essential oils combined with natural baking soda and honey will work wonders. So mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with manuka honey until you get a smooth texture. Add a drop of lavender essential oil and a drop of olibanum essential oil. Use a glove to apply this homemade scrub. Massage your face gently with circular movements. Homemade scalp scrub with baking soda

Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with 2-3 tablespoons of your usual dentangling natural conditioner. Add a tablespoon of sea salt. Apply this preparation to your hair at the roots and massage gently.
