Order preparation

Packages are prepared and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

They are not prepared on weekends and national holidays.

Your package is delivered to the delivery address you mentioned during the order process.

Geographical zones

The online sale of the products presented on the Site is possible automatically for Customers who reside:

• in France,
• in Belgium,
• in Luxemburg,
• in Germany,
• in Spain,
• in the United Kingdom,
• in Austria,
• in Italy,
• in Portugal,
• in Poland.

The online sale of the products presented on the Site is also possible for Customers residing in the Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM / TOM) and other International countries but for this, the Customer must first request a quote for the country and the products concerned from the Company by sending an email to the following address: contact@takaterra.com

Packaging

In a sustainable development and waste reduction approach, we strive to minimize the amount of waste generated during the preparation of our packages and during shipment. For this, we use biodegradable or recyclable products.

You will find below the list of products:

Cardboard boxes : We use, as much as we can, second-hand boxes in excellent condition. When this is not possible, we use new recycled and 100% recyclable cardboard boxes.

Calibration of products : To calibrate the products, we choose the solution best suited to your products among 3 solutions:

• shredded recycled cardboard
• recycled cardboard
• silk paper

Cardboard closing: our adhesive tape is of 100% recyclable kraft. It will be recycled with your cardboard, no need to peel off the adhesive before putting the cardboard in your recyclable bin.

Paper: Our papers are recyclable.

Walking and cycling logistics

Takaterra is close to its carriers and delivers its parcels on foot or by bicycle for its parcel shipments for their routing from our preparation area to the nearest relay points and post offices. This avoids additional polluting trucks traffic, unnecessary traffic jams and greenhouse gas emissions.

Prices & delivery terms

We offer delivery of our products

• By relay point for mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands and Italy.
• At home in mainland France. Shipments in the French overseas departments and territories are possible provided that you send us an email beforehand at contact@takaterra.com to establish a quote.

We offer either delivery to a relay point near you from € 4.50 including VAT or delivery to your home from € 6.50 including VAT in mainland France. Shipping costs are free from € 79 including VAT in mainland France at a relay point within the limit of a 5 kg package, beyond that we will ask you for an additional contribution.

Deliveree fees are free of charge with a Mondial Relay delivery for your first order of minimum 49€ with the promo code BIENVENUE

Deliveries at relay points Via Mondial Relay or Colissimo

Metropolitan France

Home delivery in 2 working days minimum and in relay point near you in 3 - 4 working days minimum.

These deadlines are given for information only, we do not control any delays related to the organization of this carrier. During the Christmas period, your package may be very late, we advise you to use home delivery in Colissimo

For delivery to a relay point and home, we offer you a price based on the weight of your package, you will find below the current prices:

Upon receipt of your package at a relay point, you will be informed by e-mail, sms or voice message and your package will be delivered to the relay point against signature.

Delivery to your home without signature, in 2 working days minimum.

Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, directly in your mailbox. In the event that it is not large enough for your package or that you are absent, a notice of proceeding will be filed with you. You can collect your package at the nearest post office, within 15 days.

Colissimo is a carrier that offsets the CO2 emissions of all packages delivered in order to reduce the environmental impact.

Belgium, Luxemburg

Tracking your order

If you have chosen La Poste Colissimo, connect to www.colissimo.fr then in the « suivre un colis » tab, enter the parcel number which will have been communicated to you by email when placing your order.

If you have chosen Mondial Relay, log on to www.mondialrelay.fr then in the tab « suivi de colis », enter the parcel number which will have been communicated to you by email when ordering.
